- Part of the audio has a ‘sports reporter filling a stadium’ like quality, as if an intensity is building as the player scores a goal.
- The pig screams are most probably a slaughter scenario- a signal of terror/moments before death. But in conjunction with the other track it takes on the form of a celebration of sacrifice, a televised spectacle.

Ship in Fog.
Das ist der Klang einer Schiffsglocke, um sich bemerkbar zu machen, wenn dichter Nebel ist. Diese Glocke ist sehr durchdringend und ein klares Signal. Aber sie klingt schön, was für ein Signal selten ist wie ich finde.

Mit diesem Hybrid-Signal-Experiment wollte ich herausfinden, inwiefern sich das elektronische und natürliche Rauschen unterscheidet und ähnelt. Beide Rausch-Typen haben ähnliche Frequenzen.
Spannend fand ich, dass für mich nach mehrfachem Abspielen das Rauschen des Wasserfalls wie das Rauschen des gestörten Radiosenders klang.
Rauschen ist physikalisch nichts anderes als ein Durcheinander von Tönen aller möglichen Tonfrequenzen

Hybrid Signal - Urbanization
Samples: people talking at cafe, satellite bad signal, tel busy signal, ship on fog
I used samples, sliced them and repeated the horn sample twice.
I chose a recording of people talking as a background noise-scape and made a fade in at the most busy part of the conversation.
Created several volume envelopes on the telephone signal.
I kept the „bad satellite signal“ sample unedited.
I wanted to create a feeling of sensory overload by urbanization.
